Jesús Arriaga “Chucho el roto” was a person who during the day appeared to be a man of high society and at night was a thief, taking on two different personalities.

No one suspected him because he became good friends with his victims. It is said that he always robbed the wealthy and was very generous to the needy. He never harmed or killed a single person. "He who steals to alleviate the misfortune of the unfortunate cannot be unhappy..."
